Life is not always easy, sometimes we need someone to talk to, to work through the feelings and emotions we struggle with. Thank you for being courageous enough to take the first step in seeking help. You do not have to do this alone. I will offer you a warm, safe space with an empathetic and non-judgemental ear. By sharing your experiences and pain we can work together to help you cope and determine goals for the future. This is a safe space, where healing and growth can take place.  

Together we can work on self-discovery and self-compassion. You can learn new ways of coping and ways in which you can improve the relationships around you. It is my hope that you find contentment and peace.
