Christmas

The holiday season can be an exceptionally difficult time of year for many.  This may be a time for you where very painful memories are triggered, for example, from the loss of a loved one, and/or painful memories of the the holidays from your upbringing, and for some, it triggers lonliness.  For others, the interaction with in-laws can be very challenging, and it may require every once of patience and tolerance you have to get through the holidays unscathed!  During this time, it is imperative that you are taking good care of yourself.  You can do this by setting healthy boundaries for yourself, and making sure that you do not alienate those who love you most.

For those of you who look forward to this season, take this time to reconnect with loved ones.  Don’t hold your enthusiasm back, let your joy pour out!

I see the Christmas season as a time for reconnection, recallibration, and a time of hope.

I wish you all a fulfilling Christmas season!
